I am still at Rabbit Run Apts, and plan to stay another year.

Dan was really helpful in us finding an apartment quick.  My fiance and I were living in a hotel and needed a place to live quickly.  He sat down with us and discussed our price range and special needs. He did all the hunting for us.  We didn't need to go through all the mileage and all the disappointment of not qualifying for residency because he made all the phone calls for us.  He presented us with the final choices.  It was so much easier than doing it all ourselves.  We had an apartment within the week.  I would definitly recommend your service to anyone.  Thank you for the help and the discounts.

As a new student moving to Lexington from Texas, Lexington Residential
helped me to find a deal on a great apartment in a cozy and nice part of
town for a very cheap price.  The apartment guides did not do any justice
for the apartment compex that was referred to me by Lexington Residential. 
Truth be told, if I had not decided to use your apartment locating service,
I never would have gotten such a great place with great management staff!!
