We always have many nice homes offered for rent usually priced from $700.00 per month  up to $3000.00 per month. Our apartments offer short term corporate leases, usually from 3 months.  Our apartments range from as low as $350.00 to $1500.   Some home owners will allow a 6 month lease to help those customers who will be buying a home from you in the next year!  We do not compete for your customer.  Our specialty is rentals, not sales.  If they rent a property from us, we will give you the new address of your customer and you may follow up and keep in touch with them until they are ready to buy!
